1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ChopUp, including the ChopUp mobile app, website, savings group features, wallet features, payment flows, and support services. By using ChopUp, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility and Account Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining access to your wallet, and for keeping your device and authentication methods secure. ChopUp may require identity verification, phone or email verification, or additional review before enabling sensitive financial, payout, or group features.

3. Savings Groups and Payments

ChopUp helps users create and participate in digital Ajo/ROSCA savings groups. Group participation, contribution schedules, payout timing, and member responsibilities are shown in the app. Payment, deposit, withdrawal, and transfer features may be processed through blockchain infrastructure, payment providers, or other service providers.

4. Blockchain Transactions

Blockchain transactions are public, irreversible, and may be permanent once submitted. You are responsible for reviewing wallet addresses, contribution amounts, network selection, and transaction details before confirming any transaction. ChopUp cannot reverse public blockchain transactions.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use ChopUp to:

  • Violate applicable laws, regulations, sanctions, or financial compliance requirements.
  • Commit fraud, abuse, harassment, or unauthorized account access.
  • Misrepresent your identity, group purpose, payment details, or KYC information.
  • Interfere with app security, platform infrastructure, or other users.

6. Privacy and Account Deletion

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect data. You can request account deletion from the app, by email, or through the Delete Account page. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or blockchain integrity reasons.

7. Changes and Availability

We may update ChopUp features, supported networks, providers, or these terms over time. We may also suspend access when needed for security, legal compliance, maintenance, or platform reliability.
